Technically, this architecture incorporates a Secure Vault component for storing encrypted credentials—inaccessible to direct human contact—and an Encryption Engine to ensure secure data communication between servers. PastiJadi has configured this architecture to be Agentless, enabling connections to eZSign servers via standard protocols such as SSH, RDP, or HTTPS. This eliminates the need for additional software installation on the target side, thereby simplifying maintenance and preserving system performance.

Furthermore, the architecture includes High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery layers, where the PAM360 database is replicated in real-time to a secondary server. This guarantees uninterrupted access to eZSign, even in the event of a primary system failure. On the front end, the architecture is equipped with a Smart Proxy Gateway tasked with inspecting data traffic and recording entire activity sessions in video format. Through this robust architectural structure, PastiJadi ensures that every access attempt into the eZSign ecosystem is fully documented, subject to multi-layered authentication, and protected against unauthorized access threats.
